NKVD recruitment and training

Raymond Smith, the Former Prime Minister of the Zepranan Federation has been appointed Director of the NKVD by Supreme Secretary Terry McKeen. 

As a longtime Zepranan and citizen of the United Socialist Republics, Mr. Smith is a longtime Comrade and Loyal Official of our country and Union, according to the AUCP Central Committee and Supreme Secretary, Smith is a longtime member of the intelligence committee and is a skilled Comrade when it comes to infiltration, intelligence collection, and managing operations of the NKVD.

Raymond Smith, ex primer ministro de la Federación Zepranan, ha sido nombrado director de la NKVD por el secretario supremo Terry McKeen.

Como miembro de Zepranan desde hace mucho tiempo y ciudadano de las Repúblicas Socialistas Unidas, el Sr. Smith es camarada desde hace mucho tiempo y funcionario leal de nuestro país y de la Unión, según el Comité Central y Secretario Supremo de la AUCP, Smith es miembro desde hace mucho tiempo del comité de inteligencia y es un Camarada experto en lo que respecta a la infiltración, la recopilación de inteligencia y las operaciones de gestión de la NKVD.
