First real estate transfer in Taksovia

On the 15th, the first real estate transfer in Taksovian history occurred when Joseph Horvath - who had left Taksovia the same day - transferred land worth approximately 7.8 million spaz ($0.16) to Johann Kümmel. The land that was transferred comprised the territory of the Kingdom of Negrostan - which renamed itself a few days prior to the Empire of Voluzia - though Horvath stated that it still had some territory, regardless of the purchase.

The transfer was legalized through a title from the Creekian Union, which was signed by Kümmel, Horvath, Gage V. (who is Chairman of the Creekian Union) and The Derake (who serves as Chancellor of Taksovia). The title was declared invalid the following day after Taksovia withdrew from the Creekian Union.
