Civil war declared in Almendria

A state of civil war was declared today as a breakaway state – the Almendrian Reich – broke away from the Socialist Republic of Almendria. The Reich is led by Joseph Horvath, who has previously served as National Director.

The preamble of its Constitution provides a reasoning for the independence of the Reich:

"Basic rule of law has been violated. Our citizens are disloyal, government officials downright reveal confidential information to the leaders of our most sworn enemies such as the pedophille filth Nexan Republic…Countries which are our enemies, hate our people, religion, way of life, etc. have been allowed entry into Almendria rather than destroyed with unrelenting force, and we are taken as a joke by the intermicronational community and the world."

According to this Constitution, supreme power is to be vested in the position of Reichspräsident, with Joseph Horvath being appointed to the position. The position is to be elected every 5 years and “shall have the right to renew their term via relection two times.”

The Constitution also sets out the Bundestag – its legislature – as well as a Supreme Court comprising 9 Justices.

Following a civil war being declared in DMs between Horvath and Tizian Aruna – the General President of Almendria – Aruna announced that anyone who was affiliated with Horvath or the Almendrian Reich was to “drop all affiliations” in 12 hours.

AAF combat operations were announced by EerieEgret at 7:00 and 7:30 CDT – however, these did not occur on time.

Hoy se declaró un estado de guerra civil como un estado separatista, el Reich de Almendria, que se separó de la República Socialista de Almendria. El Reich está dirigido por Joseph Horvath, quien anteriormente se desempeñó como Director Nacional.

El preámbulo de su Constitución proporciona un razonamiento para la independencia del Reich:

La Constitución también establece el Bundestag, su legislatura, así como un Tribunal Supremo compuesto por 9 jueces.
