Ceremonial Revocation of the Comndenation agaisnt CELTIC

 Even though CELTIC is most likely now a dead nation, the Almendrian Union hereby declares it's comndenation agaisnt CELTIC to be over, null and void.

The reasons for this are the fact that our alignment to leftist social ideas has been cut, albeit we are still a strongly communist nation, following the ideals of Comrade Stalin.

The Trostkyite ideals of old have been cut short, and this Comndenation was a perpetual mark of our past. 

THEREFORE,

- Foreign relations with CELTIC will now be allowed.
- Inmigration from CELTIC will now be allowed
- Trade with CELTIC will now be allowed
- All military threats agaisnt CELTIC are now lifted.

A delegation will be sent to inform them of this.

Aunque es muy probable que CELTIC sea ahora una nación muerta, la Unión de Almendria por la presente declara que su condenacion contra CELTIC ha terminado, nula y sin efecto.

Las razones de esto son el hecho de que nuestro alineamiento con las ideas sociales de izquierda se ha cortado, aunque todavía somos una nación fuertemente comunista, siguiendo los ideales del camarada Stalin.

Los ideales trostkistas de antaño han sido truncados, y esta Condenación fue una marca perpetua de nuestro pasado.
