DE rebuilding program part 2

Hi! Thanks to the DERP our DigitalState has became alive again. But now... DERPS2 Is planning to not rebuild it, but to make it better. Along with DERPS2 we made the DEPLAN That is an ENTIRE PLAN of stages to make DE The BETTER DE on all the world

DERPS2 is a conjuction of goals and plans to make DE a more powerful state

GOALS

Goal 1 30/4/2020 -  a organized DE to support more functions and not only Experimental Use

Goal 2 16/5/2020 - Make DE Fully organized

Goal 3 - 5/6/2020 Have 30 Registereds

Goal 4 - 27/6/2020 Have at least 10 People that registered in DE to the AAF/FAA

Goal 5 - 20/8/2020Have 100 Registereds

Goal 6 - 29/8/2020 -Have 35 FAA/AAF Members

Goal 7 - 10/9/2020  Have a fully functional DE
